ACRA’s expert presenter is Pamela Harber, HR Manager for Metcalf Archaeological Consultants, Inc. She has worked in HR for more than 9 years in both the public and private sectors. Pamela received her Bachelor’s of Science from the United States Military Academy, and her MBA from West Texas A&M University. She also holds PHR and SHRM-CP certifications.
Pamela is joined by Mirna Colón and Cinder Miller of Gray & Pape. Mirna Colón has been the HR Manager for Gray & Pape since 2003 and brings more the 17 years’ experience in the private and public sector. Mirna attended Northern Kentucky University where she received a Bachelor of Art and a Master of Public Administration. She also holds PHR and SHRM-CP certifications. Dr. Cinder Miller is the Vice-President of Operations at Gray & Pape. She has worked in the CRM industry for more than 20 years.
